Improved health algorithms and advanced tracking tools will provide more holistic, personalized and actionable insights when combined with AI. Since good health starts with a good night’s rest, Samsung is improving ours sleep algorithm AI to provide additional in-depth sleep insights. Newly added sleep indicators for Insights into sleep provides you with a more detailed and accurate analysis of your sleep quality so you can better understand your sleep patterns and build better habits. These added metrics include movements during sleep, sleep latency, heart rate and breathing rate during sleep in addition to previously supported metrics like snoring hours, blood oxygen level, and sleep cycle.
New fitness features provide intelligent and effortless measurements of physical capacity for more tailored workouts, which are traditionally provided by more advanced devices. In addition to the five levels of driving intensity of the Personalized Health Rate Zone, detailed new Aerobic Threshold (AT) / Anaerobic Threshold (AnT) Heart rate zone5 metrics support efficient driving while quickly analyzing performance. Plus, cyclists can easily count Functional Threshold Power (FTP) metrics in just 10 minutes6 and train like a pro using a personalized power index based on AI data analysis to maximize performance.
